The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capitol Square
Breakfast not included. Parking not included. My room was 81 degrees and a.c. not working. Maintenance came at 11 at night to fix. No fridge in room or microwave. And squeal would go off through out the night from the pipes.
