Free laundry room, how to be in pool kind and friendly staff always on duty. A transformer blew up and caught fire outside of the hotel, and they had the electricity back on within hours and everything else back on by the next day I stay at lot of hotels I come to Ohio for work five days a week. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed

4/10 Poor

We walked in the main lobby and it immediately smelled like weed. Had we not prepaid, we would’ve turned around and walked out. The location is excellent. Right off the interstate with tons of restaurants and shops around. But there are lots of other hotels there that probably don’t smell like a Grateful Dead concert. It’s an extended stay hotel, so probably should’ve been a sign that people live there and feel more comfortable doing recreational habits.

Disliked: Amenities
The room was fine. We had to be switched due to foot prints on floor but he made the switch with no problem. It was a bit inconvenient cause he made us come all the way to the lobby just to go back up to the same floor

It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, big chains and smaller stores. Easy freeway access to 71. The room was good and well-appointed. I like the larger bottles of soap, conditioner, etc., instead of those tiny one-use items. It seems so much more eco-friendly. All the staff I spoke with were amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a noisy room near mine. At midnight to 1 or 2am, walls and stomping and my pans rattling. I dont know where it came from. After they left, it was very quiet. There was also a shop in the lobby for some food items. I would choose thise hotel and location again.
