"Beautiful, clean and comfortable the staff was amazing"

"The internet worked once the staff gave me the correct password. The spa was closed, The ice machine didn't work and hthe place was being renovate, which is needed. I slept well, but not a good value. It will likely be better once the work on the property is complete."

"This was the area with the biggest needs improvement in my opinion. Staff was in the back at 8:20am and never came out to restock dwindling supply of items but made it a point to come out to turn off lights and state that breakfast was over. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Not how you treat guests especially paying ones. Tables were dirty and area was unkept. Either do it right or don't offer Free Breakfast as an option. Despite the breakfast fiasco was nice and rooms were comfortable. Beds were very soft and plenty of room in the room itself. "

"Hyatt Place in Katy was wonderful!!!! Everything was so clean from the entry way to the room! This is a great place to stay! Definitely a 10 out of 10! "

"Buccees is right across the street and so is a CVS. It's easy to get to and convenient if you're in Katy Mills area. There is coffee in the morning downstairs, I recommend an upper floor though for noise. "

"From the check-in to the checkout it was awful!! Key to room NEVER worked, they had to let me in with master key every time! Staff was less than courteous and at time down right rude! They said last night the door was fixed….not even. Went to front desk to let them know she insisted door was fixed. Then acted like it was my fault it wasn’t. Just upsetting to feel like you’re putting them out after you have worked a grueling 16 hour day and you just want a shower and sleep so you can start over the next day!"

"The staff was very kind. They were super helpful and went out of their way. The breakfast was very well stocked and the staff even helped my youngest get her plate while i was helping my other two. "

"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "
