This was our 4th and absolute LAST stay...the majority of the Hotel was occupied by extremely loud and obnoxious Latinos, the hallways and exterior grounds were absolutely disgusting and dirty, trash everywhere, we found roaches in our room...new carpet was installed very POORLY and it rolled under your feet because it was installed loosely...the Quality of the improvements such as carpet and paint are done so poorly that it makes the place even cheaper looking then it was...the staff are extremely lazy, unfriendly and DEFINITELY unattentive...they DID NOT clean the common areas...EVERYDAY I seen cars pull up ,several people get out of each, come inside and devour the continental breakfast and then get back in their cars and drive away...I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied and a little bit scared, especially walking my dog after dark...the worst part of all is that there's a million "NO SMOKING" signs yet 100% of the facilty smells like Marijuana, there were cigarette butts in the hallways ,entryways and all over the parking lot, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...in all HONESTY I should have asked FOR a FULL REFUND...

Our mattresses were very worn but the worst part of it all were the roaches we saw in the morning. One on a table by the window and one on the sink. We will never come back.

Large group of people drinking in parking lot. Empty bottles and cans left around. Smells in hallways poor maintenance in rooms and bugs in the room. Gentleman taking care of breakfast lounging in corner with his child. First tome i stayed was fine. After this experience wont be back and let as many people i could know dont go there while at the function i attended..

The pictures do not represent the real property. Was under the impression that property was a short stay type of hotel no long term type of stay aka motel. I was put on the main floor, surrounded by the hotel residences who left their room doors open at all hours of the day. The room neighbors were signing from 10pm to 3am. The occupants upstairs were running back n forth loudly. The hotel looks like it was going through renovations. Our room was unfinished, half painted walls, bathroom aka toilet n shower area looked very questionable. Carpet was dirty, paint splatters (red in color), the room entry door was not up to code. meaning it was a hollow interior door, not a standard hotel door that is mandated by the state code enforcement. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel as an induvial opinion, the bed coverings were clean. I used my black light, to which I did not find any questionable stains or spots. The sheets, covers, and pillows were very clean. Speaking of the beds, the comfort level was a 3 out of 5 scale. I do not recommend a stay for a short time, unless you are in-between places to stay. I didn't feel threaten or thing I would be harmed, but I was not comfortable for my sanity which means I didn't not sleep well at all. Booked a 3 night 4 day stay, I quickly checked out at 6am the next day.

Terrible! And I mean terrible! Please don’t book!

Front desk has sign that states no refunds after 20 minutes. 1st red flag! Rooms are filthy and smell like cigarettes. We instantly asked for another room. The front desk suggested us to “spray” the room. No way! Gave us another room without carpet. Still smelled. Still dirty. Couldn’t sleep there even a night. Asked for refund within ten minutes of arrival. They said sure but hotels.com Has to call us for it! Hotels.com worked with them for 3 weeks! Ramada said they approved and refund on aug 16, No refund. They decided to not give us one! We called back and the hotel said they weren’t giving the refund. So stressful. Worst people. Worst hotel. Please save yourself the headache. I’m calling the health department!

Not Recommended

I made our reservations a year ago for this trip. I have a band and we traveled from Detroit to the Columbus area to play a wedding, so this was a business trip. A day before our stay, I called the hotel to comfirm everything and that we'd be checking in late. When we checked in after our wedding job, they didn't have the rooms I reserved and some of the rooms only had one bed, but our reservations clearly stated that each room was to have two beds. Then they tried to upcharge me for two rooms being jacuzzi suites, which was not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay that. When I told them that I'd made our reservations a year ago I got nothing but blank stares from everyone that works there. The hotel in general is dated in décor, and pictures and signs hanging on the walls all over the hotel are crooked. Everything hanging on the wall behind the front desk was crooked and the tv wasn't even straight on the wall in my room. The drain in the tub in my room was broken, so when I took a shower the tub started to fill up. The parking lot was filthy and it made you really wonder what kind of place you were staying at. I would not recommend this hotel.

Trip was so bad we checked out a day early.

This hotel is extremely run down. Large rolls of discarded carpet in random locations of the parking lot. Parking lot is littered with empty and broken beer cans and bottles. Construction crews staying at the hotel are in the parking lot at 7am blasting music & drinking. Woke us up boh days. It smells terrible. The room wasnt much better. There was a window to our room which opened completely that we were never warned of and it was left unlocked. The bathtub appears to have been painted in an attempt.to cover up stains. The tub was filthy.

Not Clean!

You get what you pay for. It is run down and not very clean. Massive garbage cans overflowing in the hallways. Smells bad. In our first room there was a huge pile of ants covering god knows what, so we moved rooms. Linens seemed clean though. Guy at the front desk was either very shy or very rude.

Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. Dependendo da estrutura do local, destaco também a presença de academia, piscina e espaços de convivência como diferenciais que valorizam a experiência do hóspede. BLUF: Despite the valiant efforts of the day-to-day cleaning staff, this hotel is old, smelly, and broken-down. Don’t stay here. Details: I spent one fitful night here while tending to a relative at Saint Ann’s Hospital. It is the only walkable hotel from the hospital. The sheets were clean, the bed was well made, the towels were clean and creatively folded, and the coffee basket stocked. At the same time, this hotel still provided small vials of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, and two bars of soap. These were neatly arranged; testimony to the cleaning staff’s commitment to play a catchy tune on the deck of this obviously sinking ship. Now let’s get to the problems. The hotel smells bad. Someone was smoking weed in another room on the way to my room. My room (137) smells bad. The paint is peeling. The chest drawer handles are broken. The sheets and blankets are thin. Ants are crawling on the nightstand. The bathroom door doesn’t shut. All the lightbulbs are the drabbest sickening yellow compact fluorescent. Where the paint is not peeling, the previous painters did not use tape, so every outlet and fixture has paint on it; the sink has paint drops on it. The AC in the gym doesn’t work. The treadmill in the gym doesn’t work (I went for a run outside). There are no towels in the towel cabinet of the gym (Am I the only one who uses hotel gyms?!). The whole experience was like a hotel stay crafted by a knowledgeable enemy bent on making me miserable.
