I loved the fact that cameras were everywhere on the property, it made me feel safe. We stayed in the commanders suite because our room was booked. With that being said I would be pissed if I payed for this suite because nothing was clean. From the couch to the bathroom. It just wasn’t a clean room at all. I would say that the staff was a 10/10

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kelly at the front desk. The beds were very comfortable. The pool wasntpool was not in use, that was disappointing.

My son thats is in the military left a letter in his room after checking out, from his grandmother who was not able to attend. Wyatt was very helpful and even agreed to go back to the room and check since it hadn't been cleaned yet. We found the letter' and im very grateful for his help thanks Wyatt.

Staff was courteous & easy-going during a stressful time. It was a busy season & they were fully booked; they had me checked in at 330pm but I showed up at 830pm. They gave me the keycard to an occupied room but everything was straightened out in a few min.

The floor of the room was dirty immediately upon entering. No one had swept or mopped, and there was food in several places on the floor. The desk and table did not look like it had been cleaned either. I asked a housekeeper to clean and she did. More important, later in the evening, a man tried to enter my room. Thankfully, I had the bottom deadbolt on.(The top security lock was broken off the door already.) I didn’t open the door, and told the man that I’ve already been assigned the room. When I called the front desk, the Clerk was argumentative stating that I was supposed to be in another room. I reminded her she gave me the key, she wrote the room number down, and she verbally affirmed the room number. She gave a half hearted apology. To me, this is a very serious matter! I was traveling alone on this trip, so, as a female traveler, alone, having a man come to my door With a key given to him by the clerk, is a clear and certain threat to my safety! I was awakened at 2:30 AM by the sound of young voices, screaming, arguing, cursing. I called the front desk several times and there was no answer. It happened again at 4 AM. The clerk was unconcerned. The breakfast was substandard. The person preparing the breakfast was standing around, talking with someone and the juice and milk containers were empty. I got coffee only and left. Again, for the clerk to give a man a key to my room is a very, very, very dangerous mistake!

Staff friendly, Bed comfy…Housekeeping VERY noisy…banging, shouting into walky talky. Looks clean until sun streams across the floor :-(. Did not have breakfast. Would stay again…affordable…location about 15min from anything you want/need.

Very poor lighting in the bathroom. The toilet was in poor condition. The toilet handle broke after several uses. The bedspread on the bed had stains on it. The refrigerator leaked water inside and out and was not working.

This hotel was a great location as we were attending an event at Fort Moore, which was under 10 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The floor in our room was very dirty, we had to wipe off our feet before getting into the bed or put shoes on. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Mainly above the shower and around the fan. There was so switch for the fan so we were unable to turn it on, which is probably why there was so much mold in there.

I didn’t like anything about my stay. The staff was rude. They charged me a $100 deposit and I didn’t even stay the full time and they didn’t refund me the difference. I will never book there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The room was filthy and had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. There were stains on the floors, the bedding looked like it had not been washed, and the bathroom was just disgusting. However, I will say that the customer service at this hotel was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they tried their best to make up for the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, no amount of good service can make up for the dirty conditions of the room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you don't mind sleeping in filth. The good customer service is not enough to make up for the lack of cleanliness.

Upon arrival on 2/17/24, at 7:30 p.m., the front desk clerk was not available for approximately 20 minutes after I arrived because she was sleeping. In fact, she was snoring so loudly that even yelling for help did not wake her. After calling the desk several times, I finally got her to wake up. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with checking in at a hotel in my life.

Baxter’s first night
Traveling with 6 month old puppy. The staff were great. Great pet friendly accommodations. There is a sign that said Please Excuse Our Mess (construction). The hotel was cleaner and in better condition than comparable hotels that are newly opened. A very enjoyable experience. My hats off to the management at this location. A must stay hotel in the area. 👍👍👍🤗

Interior of property is clean and modern design. Fitness center was surprisingly equipped, not just your regular treadmill. Exterior of property was also kept clean. Parking was easy and driving in and out of the property was very convenient even with some traffic. Staff was friendly, respectful, and professional.

Overall a good stay close to base
Overall it was a pretty good stay. Beds were nice and comfy. Rooms were clean. Day staff and maids were super nice! Now the night lady was extremely rude and was more worried about messing with her phone or talking on her phone. Even held a hand up in my sons face and said "im not speaking to you no more" and asked his gf what she needed. When they were trying to explain she had left something in the room we mived from (bc we extended our stay and swapped rooms). And the prior nice he tried to get snacks and the same lady told him, "i get off in 5 minutes, im not doing anything right now, you will have to wait on the next person" very rudely. Everyone else was amazing. Area wise its "okay", just be aware of your surroundings outside at night, bc people walk up and down the main road nearby.

Hotel Stay
Room had a odor and did not smell clean but our stay was ok overall. The scenic area surrounding the hotel was not that pleasant.
