โCheck in was friendly but not fast. Only one clerk and he was swamped and had to answer calls while trying to check us in and a line behind us. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was so so. Beds were too hard, pillows too softโ
โProperty was clean and friendly staff. They were repairing the rooftop but that was the noise during the day. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was accommodating. The cleaning staff was very efficient and willing to bring items to you. โ
โThe lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the 2 rooms that we needed to be in close proximity of each other. She was also very helpful in suggesting paces to eat.
It was very quiet and felt very safe. My only complaint was that we parked by the door that was very close to our room so that we could have easy unloading and loading of our luggage, but our room keys didn't open the door. We noticed that other guests were having the same problem.
I would definitely recommend this...

โThe hotel looked nothing like t he one photo they had posted at hotels.com. there were dead crickets in the bathroom and under the sink and behind the door. The room had a terrible odor and smelled of cigarette and mold. The air conditioner was dirty and you could see a yellowish smoke stain in the face of the ac unit.
