"A beautiful place next to a medieval town, right on the rock as the pictures correctly show. Its restaurant serves excellent food, one of the best meals that we had in France over 10 months (so many). The hotel is pet-friendly (yay for pet lovers), the pool is nice, but unheated, the breakfast is a bit on a limited side. I'd absolutely stay again."

Unfortunately in this very small town their restaurant is closed for dinner on weekend and the other hotel restaurants in town were limited in capacity to their own guests. The closure was due to staffing difficulties so I hate to point this out, but we ended up getting burgers at a local snack shop--and they were so busy it was an hour wait to pick up our order! "The kids loved the animals (pig, chickens, rabbit, donkeys, horse, goats, ram) right outside our door. Nice sized kitchen and living area. Toilet up and down stairs. Two rooms upstairs with comfortable beds and blankets. Pool was a bit cool but loved dry and wet sauna. It seemed they had many amenities but we were there in off season and they were not really explained to us. Like they had basketball courts but no ball… Tons of things to do close by: monkeys, dinosaurs, caves, castles, train "
