“We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a beautiful experience. The hotel was very clean, with gorgeous modern, upscale decor throughout. The location is unbeatable - only steps from Times Square. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it for a special occasion or NYC getaway.”

“It was a pleasant experience for the family trip. Nice place to stay for the sightseeing of NY, safe and convenient.
With my special thanks to Wayne remembering all the details of reservations and requests, most staffs were very friendly and breakfast was nice. Entrance may need little more seats with comfort atmosphere.
Overall, will consider again for the next visit, over other places we stayed before in downtown NY. Recommended w.o. reservation.”
