"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"My neighbor in the room next to us had his/her music so loud that we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and all he could say was they had no security, no manager on site and it was only him and the bartender there. I told him I needed something done. When nothing changed, I called back and he didn’t answer the phone on two occasions. I then called the Hilton 800 number. She connected me with the guy at the front desk. He then told me he would go to the room himself. It was 11:00 PM. Then the music stopped. My son and I listened to the music for at least 2 1/2 hours. It lasted from 8:30 to 11:00 PM."

"The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was a bit small. I wasn’t happy about having to pay an additional $20 to park and it wasn’t even valet parking either. I wasn’t aware there was a fee until I got my bill when I checked out. I’ve already paid for the room $200 plus then I have to pay $20 to park my car myself. That was ridiculous."

"The receptionist welcomed not only welcomed us with a smile, but all the staff at the check in desk did as well as we left, wishing us a safe flight home. Upon walking to our car, another member of the staff who was on her way in also smiled and said good morning. This hotel gets a five star rating for their friendly greetings the whole way. "

"Been staying for a few times now for work purposes. Came in after work to check in and said they cannot find my reservation. I showed my reservation and the person said he cannot find it. He said they have been sold out since yesterday. Well ok then, but I still have the confirmed reservation. He was no help, so I had to look for another reservation. Called hotels.com and after talking to Good Nite Inn l, they claimed I was a no show. I said clearly, we can rewind cameras and check that I was indeed there. They wouldn't refund my reservation. Hotels.com did though."
