"Misunderstanding averted, thanks to Mr Demba and Ms Aissata for turning a near-bad experience into a great one! 🙏 A weekend stay turned into a whole month's sojourn. #hospitality #service"
"It was my 5th stay over the last 4 years so I obviously like the property. However a few additions like adequate bottles of water and empty mugs in line with double occupancy would have been more useful. Also the increased sounds of train sirens throughout the night make it difficult to have a good night’s rest. While this particular development is beyond the control of the hotel, they could have given complimentary shifts to the new block which i understand is better insulated from this noise, especially for frequent guests like me. For the rest, again, I like this property and will consider it for future stays as well."
"Poor communication within coming visitors. It a French country but as a business, you expect them to have someone who can communicate with English speaking guests. Do not use online sites or agents to book this hotel, when you arrive, they will still ask you to pay cash stating that they do not work with any online agent like hotels.com or Expedia. Drinking water is salt water so when they asked you if u want tea or coffee, tell them you do not drink salt water. The entire country communication and customer services are poor "
"There was nothing left at breakfast in both days we stayed. A buffet of empty containers at 9.30 on day one and at 8.30 on day 2. The waiter could not possibly have been more unhappy and grumpy to be made to make an omelette and bring anything for us to eat. Air con in our first room was broken and it took way too long to convince them we needed to move. Into a room with air con but broken lights unclean floors. No cash service in the hotel (atms in the area all empty). "
"Room was bigger than expected even if disappointed with the view of it, staff were very helpful and easy to talk to, everyone is welcoming and down to help at any moment."
