Property unclean. Room filthy. Staff not exactly friendly either. Cops were arresting someone next door when we arrived too. I wouldnt pay $30 to stay here again, let alone $100

We were traveling with a baby and requested a smoke-free room, but the first room that they put us in was right next to a smoking room, so it just smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The second room that they put us in, was absolutely filthy. I had to clean the toilet seat. I had to scrub dried food off of the countertops. The microwave smelled like somebody else's pizza had just been cooked there. there were stains on the ceiling. The floor was so disgusting, that we walked around barefoot, and our feet got black. the walls were dingy with grime. In the bathroom, there was one open socket, and the other socket had a lightbulb, and a fan that was as loud as a big rig engine, and we could see the layers of filth on the fanblades. There was dirt accumulated in the heater/air conditioner unit. Grime in the corners. Somebody's left over Floss pic on the floor... just disgusting. Even when they "cleaned" the room, and made a big show of spraying bleach in the bathroom, the floor was still disgusting. Gross gross gross. Zero stars. Do not book a room there

Quick easy check in, room was newly renovated and refurbished. Very clean. Close to several dining option

Not worth it- try elsewhere
Room is under renovation. I can appreciate the fact you want to improve your motel, you need to notify potential customers before they book with a strict “No Refunds” policy. Staff was rude. Inhospitable. Room full of drywall dust, noisy, poor condition. Traffic and parking lot noise is high.
