I like the property is a walking distance to the theater even small business. Just be careful in getting a smoking room I don’t smoke I hate the cigarette smell. It penetrated my clothes badly. Other that very clean, and it has working hot tub.

The property needs a make over. We stayed in room 226 & I would say the room is clean. Shower is really pressurized 👍 one light by the bed wasn’t working but still ok 👍 I hate carpet (coz I have this feeling the smell inside our room is coming from the blackened dirty carpet) but I guess they are aware & changing it coz the next room they were removing the carpet & I guess they will do the same to all the rooms (I hope so). For budget wise this place is great just ignore the people who checks in tho. Very quiet at night & our car was safe during our 4 days & 3 nights stay. Over all not bad but this place can improve. This place is just next to Chilis 🌶️ & 1 block away from Walgreens. Two blocks away a cinema & a lil place where you can find stores who sells food like chipotle etc etc 👍👍👍

Older property, room has dust and cobwebs along edges. Furniture has cigarette burns. Clean towels, sheets, and bathroom fixtures.

I love coming here bc I can smoke and I know it as a familiarity. But I wouldn’t recommend it to a family or loved ones. Rough around the edges and a bit run down. But its a fun place to stay

Kept getting weird calls by this guy. Did not feel safe. And on top of that, the rooms smelled gross, and half of the stuff in the room broke because of how old it is.

So I had an ok stay, literally had to carry an older, amputee lady up the stairs. There isbno elevator. There was no customer service for her. She was extremely lucky that myself and another guest we awake at the time and able to lift her up. Told manager next day, said oh sorry. You get what ya pay for and the room is cheap. If thats what ya want n need, gravy. But know its a room for an hour type, super tiny towels and though staff is friendly, they arent the most concerned about ya lol would stay again though, love them will I live or die types 😂

The front desk lady was very rude, I called to request for a hair dryer and her response was “I have one here but what do you expect, for me to bring it to you?” So I had to go pick it up myself and the key card got deactivated and when we got back to the room had to leave my family in the cold to get a new one. Will not stay here again.

Received the last room, and it was handicap the heater didn’t work. So slept in a cold room plus they didn’t have any extra blankets. Just to take a shower it took about five minutes to receive a little bit of warm water. Terrible place

The manager was extremely rude and obnoxious. On my first meeting, he told me that it was a cheap room, and I had no right to complain about anything. This is totally not correct and very arrogant. He’s actually more expensive than any BRB. And similarly priced to other hotels in the area. Garbage all over property and heater inside room did not blow hot air. The place was filthy. The electrical outlets did not work in the room and room had very bad odors . Electrical outlets were to loose which caused electrical fixtures to not work and cause static on tv screen. Mini fridge didn’t work. Carpet was filthy. Biggest issue was the Office / rental manager. He didn’t want to work and gave me a surly attitude. Scolded me for saying I was wasting his time for getting him to fix legitimate issues. Also very creepy , he had to come into the room after the maintenance woman to violate my privacy to the fullest. Totally unprofessional and manic. Don’t know his name

The puctures on your site was GROSSLY misrepresented. I have never seen rusted shower curtain gromets, towel holder, shower head pipes, the window curtains were so dirty the large water spots were the later color, there was no security lever on the door just the door knob lock, towels smelled of mildew, cigarette burns in the dirty fabric covered chairs. The tub in the shower creaked so bad when i stepped in as if i would fall thru the floor. Rust on clothes hanging shelves. I try not to judge people and places at first glance but the lobby closing as i arriver short around 7pm where you could only speak to lobby staff thru a window with a metal slot should have told me what to expect in the room. I was origionally placed in the very back of the property after verifying i was alone and that room was worse. I requested to be moved and the front desk acted as if i was being indecisive. Safety 101 for women is never to stay alone in the back of a property. I was new to this city and once in the room was apprehensive about going out as it was already dark. I had planned i had 3 hours of sleep do to noise the entire night. Im a health care professional and was tired the following day thru my entire shift. I checked out early the next morning and was told i couldn't get a refund for the remaining 3 nights reguardless of the fact that it was not a safe place to stay and the photos online grossly misrepresented the accommodations. I will not use your site again for future travel.

It could've been nice if that person who's shouting in the streets and bug people talking on the wall like they can see us through the wall ....he can see everyone in the room ....please if a police officer is working and saying something about who is this person is harassed. They are making that up....their families is a gangster and they are dangerous people

I loved the gentlemen who checked us in. They are obvious animal lovers and even had dog treats. We sat in the hot tub while it was raining ..awesome. Felt safe entire time. Had fun. Not issues other than the bath towels are super small. Plan on staying again.
