“The day staff was extremely rude. Our booking clearly showed our check out time as noon, around which I booked our departure. The desk staff insisted we had to be out first at 11 and then by 11:30 after I showed him my booking. We has to cut our site being short to make it back before 11 as I didn't want them touching our bags. The desk manager then was screaming at us to leave atv11:30.
