“Perfect place, perfect service ever.”

“This is a large property on a good of course a few miles out of town. It’s beautiful and quiet with large rooms and very attractive public spaces. Additionally the staff are friendly, outgoing, helpful and cannot do enough to make your visit comfortable. Dinner at the Pullman Restaurant - in train cars from the Orient Express was special and expensive but worth the splurge. The only negative was being charged 7 Euros for a bottle of tap water on top of many hundreds of euros for dinner. ”

“3박했는데 일단 접근성은 매우 좋았어요~버스타고 골웨이 중심가나 바다 등등 왔다 갔다 놀러다니기 편합니다. 입구나 엘리베이터 등 리모델링이 잘 되어 굉장히 새 건물처럼 보이는데요~방 문이나 안쪽 쇼파, 화장실을 보면 오래된 건물인 걸 알 수 있어요. 저희는 조용히 잘 묵긴 했지만 복도에서 조금만 떠들어도 다 들릴 만큼 문쪽 방음은 전혀 안되는 것 같아요. 그래도 침대는 넓고 푹신하고 방도 매우 넓었습니다. 그리고 화장실이 가장 아쉬운 부분이었는데요. 공간은 굉장히 넓고 좋았지만 화장실에서 소변냄새가 좀 나더라구요ㅠㅠ 환풍기를 종일 틀어놓으면 괜찮긴 한데...딱 처음 들어갔을 때 나는건 어쩔수 없는 것 같아요. 변기에서 나는게 아니라 샤워 배수관쪽에서....물론 그건 사용한 손님들의 잘못이지만요ㅠㅠ 그리고 커피포트가 방치된 지 좀 된 것 같았어요.(이 두 가지는 저희가 사용했던 방만 그럴수도 있겠죠?) 조식은 아일랜드에서 묵었던 3곳의 호텔 중 가장 만족스러웠어요! 메뉴도 다양하고...

“We loved the Twelve and staying just outside Galway. The Twelve has great restaurant and bar options, big rooms and helpful staff. We ate in both the gastropub and the fancy restaurant and both were excellent. Breakfasts were also wonderful. We really enjoyed coming back every night and having a great place to stay”

“A very nice hotel, WONDERFUL, helpful staff, and some truly superb food. It's a good walk from downtown, so makes getting back and forth a bit tricky if there's any rain, but also makes for a quiet, peaceful location with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. ”

“Accueil parfait dans un château, ancienne abbaye, ancien orphelinat. De l'arrivée, au restaurant et à la chambre tout est précis et bien ordonné. Les cheminées flambent dans les salons et au bar. Les repas servis au restaurant sont succulents, tant au petit-déjeuner qu'au dinner. Le parc, surmonté par une fontaine et avec son gazon de golf, descend jusqu'à la mer. Le plus, le patron de l'hôtel qui accueille tous ses clients par une invitation au bar avec les boissons offertes et un historique...

“Beautiful, historic hotel. Right on the beach promenade and beside the amusement park. Gorgeous view from sunroom and deck. Staff very helpful. A free activity was included every day. While we were there we had a craft beer tasting, barista tutorial and wine tasting. Lots of parking. Clean room with lovely high ceilings. Bathroom was very narrow with a weird handle to open and close. Horrible view out our window of beer kegs so was noisy when they were moving them. Breakfast was very good...
