The rooms were very spacious and had a kitchen. The room was not very clean when we arrived, the floor was sticky, cleaning stuff was left on the counters. They have coffee for the room but no coffee maker. We asked two days in a row to have room cleaned and fresh towels, which did not happen. There is absolutely zero cell phone service in the hotel. Our phones were is SOS mode the whole time and couldn’t receive calls or texts. Even when we logged into their wi-fi, the signal was incredibly weak. The front desk workers were clueless on so many levels. They were unaware of where the rooms were. They closed the pool early for “maintenance” but no maintenance was being done. Overall, I would not stay here again, even with the large size of the room, didn’t make the stay any better.

I stay here often when I come back to Tomball. The staff is amazing very professional! The cleanliness is perfection. Not sure I’ll stay in another place when I come down even close to the Woodlands give it a try.!
