“Check you room first! The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom, including a wet wash cloth in the soap holder. Completely unacceptable. The second room was unsafe- a used wash cloth was on the ground in front of the door, which was already propped open! I went back to the front desk to inform they still didn't have it right.
