“Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“We had the private suit with bunk beds and it was just right for us. The room itself was small but it served its purpose for what we needed - a clean place to sleep and shower, because we were not in the room that much. What we really loved about YHA was the great customer service, the location, the cleanliness and sustainability of the hostel, the big communal area with lots of dining tables, sofas, great views, a bar and kitchen if you wanted to buy something or alternatively the kitchen...
“The location is just stunning at the Quay. The most beautiful views ever. Easy to get around, by car or train or on foot. A lovely walk to Conwy with a castle, shopping, cafes and an Rspb reserve.
The staff were super friendly throughout the hotel and noted my suggestion to help other GF Veggie guests by having a slightly bigger selection of breakfast items. ”

“It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.”
“Lovely hotel which we would definitely stay at again if going to Llandudno. Excellent breakfast served between 8.30-9.30 with wide ranging choice. Within easy walking distance of restaurants & sea front. Free parking is very useful. Lovely small bedroom, although bed was a little on short side for anyone 6 foot. All other rooms beautifully furnished. Staff were amazing. Internet access very good. One of best hotels we have stayed at which is high praise.”
