Very convenient location between Crossville and Cookeville, just off the interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was freshly painted and very clean.

The hotel was decent, the staff was very nice and helpful but the beds are terrible! Hard as a rock. I commented to the front desks and they mentioned that the beds were the "biggest complaint" time to invest in some decent beds.

The guy at the front desk said he can’t log into his computer so I can’t be checked in. How is that my fault? I asked what I am supposed to do and his response was, “I don’t know what you can do, I can’t check you in.” And then he walked away in a huff. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and apologetic. The guy was a complete jerk and had zero customer service skills. He should not have a job at any hotel.
