“Very good stay ”

“Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, conveniently located next to a Tesco supermarket and a Michelin recommended restaurant. Also next to a bus top that gets you to Belfast city center in 10 mn. Safe but busy and noisy street if your room is on the street side, I wear earplug at night so it did not bother me.”

“Me and my daughter stayed in the top apartment. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful little balcony, with little table and chairs. Martin the houst was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop at top of Street and a few local bars. Would highly recommend and i will be back to this little gem. ”

“the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

“The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. ”

“Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

“Absolutely would recommend, every amenity was thought of, present well and rules easy to understand. Customer service was excellent and prompt, kept me well informed even before i arrived. Security was great and car parking included was a bonus. Property was well situated for all sight seeing and tours in centre of belfast. Would have liked 2 keys as felt we were doing everything together as only one key.”

“Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property.”

“A very clean and well appointed apartment with a comfortable bed and seating. 20 minutes from Carrickfergus and well serviced by good roads - easy to find. Farm walks and interesting things to see on and around the farm. The farm shop could not have been more convenient - it was right underneath us. Patricia has made this a lovely place to stay. Thank you.”

“Excellent size with all the amenities, very comfortable for an evening in. Perfect location, 15 min walk from shops and pubs, close to the Titanic exhibition, would definitely recommend. ”

“Apartment was greatly located with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room I apartment which was very clean inside and comfortable and had many home comforts. Will defiantly stay here again when back in Belfast.”

“The apartment is located on a quieter area of Belfast. Parking along the street is easy and free. Apartment is well equipped although it would be very helpful to have a tray in the shower for toiletries. There was a bath towel that was stained. Hope the host would discard it. ”

“The property is clean and tidy. A great number of good restaurants nearby. Easily accessible to public transport to city centre if you don't drive.”
