The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and so was the rental bicycle. Being above a nice mall was special.

Clean and basic

The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic. No bottled water or glasses so we had to drink directly from the tap. Breakfast buffet was excellent so we made time for it both days. Rooms are stark but clean. There wasn’t any view to speak off, our window looked directly onto a glass dome.

Friendly service and great location in Lyngby; it’s above a big shopping mall and also very close to the Main Street. There is a lot of construction in the area (not their fault) which is going to last years. Room is clean but doesn’t have some amenities that we are used to in US (like mini fridge). The breakfast is nice (good choice of hot and not hot foods) and includes gluten free and allergy-sensitive options.

Under construction....

Very bad not to inform that construction is going on right outside and that they start knocking stones at 06.00 in the morning so it vibrates in the walls. If we had received information about this, we would of course have chosen another hotel as you want to be able to sleep out on holiday.

Moldy, flies, old, run down

Room 404 was filthy, run down with a completely moldy and run down bathroom. I killed at least a dozen of small flies in the evening. Water in the bathtub runs yellowish. At this price I do not know how someone can justify it!

Passez votre tour en 2023

Très très vieilles chambres, salle de bain dans un piteux état. Pas digne du nombre d’étoiles qu’il a. Nous nous sommes pleins et avons appris que l’hôtel allait fermé ses portes mi-décembre pour être entièrement rénové pendant 2 ans. Nous avons pu bénéficié d’une remise sur le montant des chambres.

Okay men slidt

Det var ganske fint, men selvfølgelig bærer det præg af at det er et ældre hotel, som efterhånden er godt slidt.

Værelset var meget slidt. Betrækket på stolene hang nedenunder stolen. Madrasserne var ikke fuldt betrukket med lagen, så man kunne se de gule madrasser. Der lå støv i krogene. Toilettet var stoppet. Vi var meget ærgerlige over værelsets tilstand.
