Al estar muy cerca de la calle, el ruido se filtra mucho a la habitación y eso no deja dormir con tranquilidad, no tienen jabón ni shampoo en el baño, también no cuentan con papel en el sanitario

Que puedo decir de este lugar demasiado Caro.. para lo que Ofrecen... La habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas que éramos.. no cambiaron las toallas.. no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto. Y no dejan ni siquiera 1 agua.... No me parece buen lugar para volver.....

La habitación no contaba con buena señal de wi fi, comentnado la señorita de recepción si quería hacer uso de ello era necesario ir a sentarme en recepción o cocina, cosa que me pareció una burla e ilógica

Muy mala experiencia

Comunmente no hay nadie en recepción. Se tiene que andar buscando a la persona encargada por todo el hotel y a veces no está. Muy poco personal. Habitación limpia pero ropa de cama sucia Huele a humedad Minisplit que no funciona calor Se escuchan mucho los sonidos simples de las habitaciones contiguas o la de arriba. El último día se fue la luz por la lluvia y no pudieron solucionarlo, tuvimos que ir a buscar otro hotel.

Nos toco en el edificio de tres pisos, en planta baja, se escuchaban todos los ruidos del cuarto de arriba (las personas caminando, tirando cosas, cuando le bajaban al baño) y de los cuartos a los lados inclusive haciendo del baño las personas, por esos motivos no se pudo dormir en gran parte de la noche

La verdad deja mucho que decir, para empezar difícilmente te contestan el teléfono les tienes que rogar para que lo hagan, otra cosa la limpieza del baño está mal la cortina estaba llena de moho y cuando se están bañando toda la basura de las esquinas del baño se escurre, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones tienes q estar afuera de recepción para que tengas señal y el personal no te deja estar ahí te saca, le pedí de favor que nos llevara a la central y no quiso dijo estar ocupada y cual fue la sorpresa que cuando nos íbamos estaba en la recepción como la fresca mañana, tienes que decirles que prendan el boiler porque los apagan, en general no lo recomiendo pero si lo prefieren por la tarifa económica van a pasar por eso

Muy buen hotel en calidad - precio !

Lo único negativo fue que no encontraban mi reservación y Karla la recepcionista no tenía mucho interés en resolver el problema. Tuve que marcar a atención a clientes de hoteles.com y hacer que ellos le explicarán los detalles y ahora sí pudo encontrar mi reserva, de no ser por eso me hubiera tenido que ir a buscar otro hotel ese mero día. El hotel está excelente, limpio, habitación grande, si hay agua caliente, calefacción, está cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas del centro, hay un área común donde puedes convivir y hacer una fogata en invierno, definitivamente volvería!

Una estancia muy agradable

El personal es muy atento y servicial, me parece muy bueno el servicio de los tours que proporcionan. incluso si lo solicitas van por ti a la estación del tren o del autobús. La limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria. En mi opinión es agradable la estancia.

Todo bien solo que el agua caliente se acabó y aunque prendieron el boiler nunca calentó. Esta un poco retirado del centro, pero nada que no sea manejable.

El lugar se encontraba muy limpio, en el hotel nos tocó la temporada baja en la mitad de octubre y estuvimos casi solos en toda la semana. Super tranquilo y recomendado para la familia.

en general esta bien solo que se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones, en el baño no hay donde poner el jabon y no ponen shampo, considero que el baño es su principal debilidad
