The biggest surprise for us was the heated floors in each hotel room! It was very cozy and warm especially when it was cold outside.

We wanted to love the place but unfortunately did not. This was not a good experience at all. The hotel is not as presented in the pictures. The person who was up at the desk the majority of my stay was rude and had an attitude all the time. We show up to our rooms & rooms were not even fully clean. We asked for a remote control for our room tv and had to remind them several times on different occasions and every time it was “we will put one in there” then I’d return at the end of the day to no controller. This was just not what we expected. The only positive thing was the food was decently good.

The only heat in the room was from a bottle of propane that was inside, and we were told that we had to leave the window open or we would get carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t. We were very cold and didn’t want to die. So we changed hotels.

Reliable transit to and from the train station. The breakfast was very good with eggs made to order and fresh tortillas. The curtain in the room was thin and did not block out the BRIGHT lights from the walkway. The room was sterile with bear amenities; there was no hand towel only thin bath towels. It is located 15 minutes walk from anything else.
