“Clean room helpful staff”

“The mattress in the unit (8311) is in need of replacement. It was quite soft, and uncomfortable. We left a day early because I didn’t enjoy seeing my partner sleep on the couch while I was in bed. Thank you.”

“After booking and paying in full over a week in advance, we were charged an additional “resort fee” at checkout. We had stayed there 2 weeks prior and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked again, but were met with a much different staff that was unprofessional and demanded the extra fee. The fee should have been disclosed up front, rather than after the fact. We won’t be staying here again.”

“호텔이 전체적으로 좋았어요. 하지만 호텔이 리조트 내에 있어서 추가 20불이 청구되어 그 건 별로 였어요..”

“Dislikes were not bad. Our fireplace had issues and they were helpful in getting it working, but it was only a brief fix. NBD really. Outside lights by our room were not on at night, so not ideal for safety. Hot tub was warm, not too hot. I assume it's harder to keep hot when 25 degrees out. Dinner in restaurant was good but small portion. Loved the room, kitchenette/bar, very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was fantastic of the first snow of season on mountain...

“Valet parking and the resort fee were too expensive. Shuttle to/from downtown Breckenridge was a great idea, but the timing was unpredictable if they were running at all.”

“The property is clean; the staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is great with nice views of the mountains. The restaurant was closed for the last two days of our stay for fall break or something. I know that mattresses are individual, but this one was hard as the floor.”

“Todo estuvo increible, inmejorable en atencion y servicios, el personal muy atento a cualquier necesidad y el hotel impecable. Volvere exactamente al mismo hotel cuando regrese.”

“Great for families and beautiful location”

“Very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and how quiet the room was. It was disappointing to show up an hour before check-in and be told that our room was ready to be checked in, but if we wanted to do that, we'd have to pay an extra $25. We didn't pre-arrange an early check-in so they didn't have to do anything extra for that and it would cost them nothing to allow us to drop our bags in our room and then go out to eat, but no. Difference between a customer first place...
