Staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very clean and the beds were great! We enjoyed a little breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, though somewhat outdated. Good beds. Main door required pulling to close/lock. Modest breakfast area with tables too high for the seating. Food was good, except the coffee was just OK.

Comfortable and clean room with comfortable seating area and nice tv to watch the women’s final 4 basketball game! Room as described online. Heating system was a little noisy but worked. Front desk staff member very pleasant and accommodating. Glad we chose this motel.

There is two floors and no elevator. I asked if we could stay on the floor botton and the clerk said that would be a $10.00 up grade charge. I told the clerk that that my wife has problems walking, that didn't make any difference, although there were vacant rooms available. Goodbye ANY Best Western hotel.

Disappointed that the Expedia rate was more than the rate if we had just booked directly with the hotel. Average place to stay for the night. Smelled clean and staff was nice.

It’s an older building but the rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean. There is limited dining in the area. The breakfast area is small but has everything you need.

Great rate, clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable rate for pets. Great location for those travelling on I-75. Good assortment of restaurants and gas stations in a small town. Would recommend to those looking for a place to stay after a long day of driving. I've paid more money to stay at a lot worse along I-75.

I waited several days to write this review. To begin with the positive, the motel is easy on/off the highway, the staff were pleasant, the breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast, and our car, which was full of Christmas packages, was thankfully not broken into. These are the reasons for giving this motel an overall 3 star rating. What took some getting used to was the condition of our room. The sheets were stained and I am not convinced were changed between guest stays. The floor was dirty, the chairs were old and worn and had what looked like a cigarette burn hole in our non-smoking room, and there was hair in the shower. We arrived late one night and stayed just one night while quickly passing through the area. I would not choose to stay here again. With better cleaning staff and more frequent retirement of stained linens and worn furniture, this property could be a decent place to stay.

Comfortable beds, clean room although wood floors could have used a vacuum/mop. Good temperature control, nice front desk staff, convenient location, lots of food options. We chose a Mexican Restaurant right across the street with really good food-not your basic American Mexican food- but interesting options and friendly staff. A really good stay.

The heat/AC did not work. The ceiling was disgusting. The lighting was poor. The window coverings were inadequate.

The bathroom door swung inward and hit the toilet. There was a ridge leading up to the bathroom that was a trip hazard. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. No towels in the pool area. Large groups of people blocking the walkway and using it as their own personal space. The beds were decent. Over-all I wish I would have shopped around more. The online pictures are as good as it gets and don’t appear recent. Again, the staff was wonderful.

The bed and shower were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Would have given a much higher rating were it not for the cockroach that was found swimming in the toilet.

Decent, no frills
We had three rooms for an overnight for two families. Two rooms appeared to have been updated with hardwood floors while one had older-looking carpet. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the rattly air conditioner disrupted sleep for some. The breakfast was more substantial than I expected, and the pool was enjoyed by our kids. The location was convenient both for hiking in Cumberland Falls and dinner in Corbin.
