“Didn't change linens or make the bed the three days I stayed. I'm”

“We were unable to stay at the hotel. The man at the front desk informed us and two other groups of guests that we could not be accommodated because the computer system was down; he told us to leave and said the payments would be refunded. It was already 10 PM at the time. Reservations should not have been accepted under such circumstances. Although it was agreed that the payment would be refunded, the refund has not yet been processed. I request that this be handled as soon as possible.”

“HI booked to stay the night, the AC was not working, i tried all the controls, but failed to work, i checked out myself , waste of money, not well maintained property”

“The only amenity was a single bar of soap. The entire property reeks of marijuana.”

“I was impressed by the staff accommodation, clean and spacious room and breakfast availability. Plenty of parking spaces was a relief except for the parking fee.”

“Everything was great, the staff were super welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and had plenty of space”

“The property is very nice and access is easy. Amenities are better than most including a market, spa and bowling alley!”

“Wonderful!!!”
