The bed in the room was horrible. The matress seemed to be covered with plastic, which was rather noisy and made the bed hot in an already tiny room. To make a long story short, I ended up moving to another hotel in the middle of the night 45 minutes after arriving. The staff were rather rude. No reinbusement of course. I had already paid for three night there!

We were asked to leave our room key anytime we stepped out, we were told we would be charged if we dirtied towels with makeup, if we dirtied linens and then at checkout we had to wait for them to go inspect our entire room. It just felt like we were accused.

La atención fue buena, las habitaciones son chicas y es la segunda ocasión que nos toca un colchón mas blando de un lado lo cual fue incomodo ya que causaba dolores de espalda, no hay clima, solo un ventilador y no avienta suficiente aire (lo menciono ya que fuimos en temporada de calor y si le sufrimos)
