Fuimos 3 familias, en las cuales en las 3 habitaciones nos robaron cosas de los cajones y de los neceser.Nos quejamos con el conserge y nos dijo que ellos no podian hacer nada y que lo elevaban a la gerencia, pero que seguro no le iban a dar importancia al tema. A medida que pasan los dias notamos mas faltantes en cada grupo de flia.La respuesta fue que no ibamos a tener mas servicio de habitacion, asi de esa manera ya no habria mas faltantes...INSOLITO Tanto el personal del desayuno como el de la confiteria fueron excelentes no asi el conserge. Lamentamos lo sucedido, ya que es la primera vez que nos pasa...sintiendonos burlados y vulnerados Por esto mismo no recomendamos el hotel Wooden para una estadia... Sepan que si se alojan ahi es muy probable que les Roben.
