“First of all, mosquitoes devour me. I stayed at the Loyalton many times and never had mosquitoes bite me. The breakfast didn't do it for me. The shower was cold, no lotion for your body, and the place didn't do it for me. Never again. I didn't like it.”

“The breakfast menu very limited and the employee serve you a very small portion of food like they want to feed 500 people with the same container and the mayority of the employees serving the food always looks not friendly at all..like not customer service skill at all...The rooms are totally differents from what the picture on internet shows...they are so simple and low quality ...very old facilities and infraestructure..looks like this hotel was built in the 70's...Super boring if you stay in...

“I genuinely enjoyed my 7 nights at Hillview Apartments. It is perfectly located to the places I needed to get to. The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏”

“The resort had great amenities... staff at the bars and front desk weren't the friendliest, it felt like you were bothering them when asking for a drink or questions. Staff at the restaurants, amenities, housekeeping and bell boys were very nice. Room wasnt as luxurious as pictured and could do with an upgrade but was clean. There was alot to do at the property and entertainment available on evenings. Food and desserts were good. Drink cocktails were satisfactory.”

Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. The voice of the jungle speaks at night. As we are active travelers we spent much time exploring the island and scuba diving , then would come back to our room to cool off in the pool and relax with the million dollar view!
