As I have calmly pointed it out at check in, after you rudely complained that the resort was not close to town, the location of the hotel is well pointed it out on the map (I wish I could post a screenshot of it) and written distances from point of interests are also present. Absence of air-condition system (also disclosed on our reservation page) is an eco-friendly choice that we made as the room temperature is cool at night and the large ceiling fan, the high ceiling and the large sliding door make the room well ventilated and fresh. I've taken note about the misleading information about the Wifi, which is indeed not present in the rooms but only in the public area, and contacted the website to remove that info. We wish you'd have stayed longer than a few hours so you'd have the time to fully appreciate the resort and the service offered. Best regards,

Dear Anonymous Guest, thank you for taking your time in reviewing your stay at La Natura Resort! We really regret you didn't enjoy your stay for reasons that are unfortunately not under our control like the road condition (we are in the Philippines where most of the roads aren't paved) and wifi connection (it is a common problem we share, not only here in our Island but in the whole Philippines). The absence of AC is written in the hotel description as well as the location of the resort, I guess you didn't read it. Hopefully if you have the chance to pass by again, all these little things will be fixed and you'll enjoy your stay this time.
