“check in was a nightmare. The codes for the door didn't work. There is no one on the property, so we had to wait for texts back and forth. Finally we received a code to a lock box which contained keys. This process took over half an hour. The picture of the unit showed two chairs on the patio, but there were no chairs.”

“The hotel needs to be renovated on the outside of the building! Paint is chipping off the balconies and there’s lots of visible rust. In other words, it’s eroding due to the salt. Also the fences are chipping and have been for the past 2 years. Our ocean front room was very nice and spacious! View was amazing!!!”
