"The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommended! "

This hotel is something else. We went to so many wonderful restaurants around it and enjoyed every one of them. The breakfast in the hotel is amazing with the most beautiful view you can imagine. "Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "
