“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.

“I stayed here for my CIM audition and had a wonderful experience. The room design and cleanliness were excellent, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.”

“Everything was wonderful!”

When people on the sidewalk (including me) started yelling, he jumped back in and managed to put it in park, still blocking the street but at...
