"We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. The only thing is the noise from the street, looks like it is next to a busy street, cars driving by never stop, the old building has no way to block the noise,The only time quiet will be from 12am to 5 am. "Thank you to Nathaly because she was a perfect host. She helped us with everything we nedded. The apartment was clean but the building seemed unfinished. But the worst is the area. It is absolutely and terribly noisy until 6 am. In addition, the apartment hasn't any dark curtain and you can see the outside lights all night. "Had another excellent stay at hotel. Highly visible management team ensure that high standards are maintained for guests. We stayed in a room with Mclub access and enjoyed using the lounge area, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are a lovely touch. New pool area is very clean and well organised, we especially liked that every lounger had access to shading umbrellas. The umbrellas had call buttons on them to call waiting team ensuring that guests had easy access to food and drinks when you wanted without having to catch staff as they passed. Hotel is very convenient for the efficient local bus service and the restaurants in the surrounding areas. Would highly recommended and will definitely return. "
