I feel the misunderstanding. I could have gone in much earlier, but I got caught out in a meeting and I did not understand, I did not think it was you. Regarding quality, it is true that this is not a 5 star hotel but you chose the lower quality room, and of course, the most economical. The rooms on the top floor are better equipped. I hope that the next we can understand each other better. regards

Hola. Siento que la casa no haya sido de su agrado pero no creo que pueda opinar cuando no ha llegado a entrar. Se que no hay aire acondicionado, en ningún sitio pone que exista, pero la zona es fresca y no hay queja de los clientes que realmente disfrutan de la casa. Sus comentarios sin criterio, ya que no ha estado, pueden perjudicarnos mucho, agradecería que antes de hacer estos comentarios, sea a quien sea, se asegure que son ciertos y haya comprobado personalmente que es así.
