"The hotel is bang in the middle of the town However once you enter it is very tranquil cool and modern Rooms are not massive but adequate wardrobe space again fine for a few days I personally would struggle for 8 to 10 days We requested a room over pool and was great very quite Breakfast was of exceptional quality and beautiful The pools on the roof were so nice with the lovely dipping pools loads of sun beds and shade It gave you a lovely feeling and it was nice seeing all the mountains and greenery We were so surprised on the location yes if you turn left it’s full of nightlife but turn right out of the hotel and you are blessed with a lovely prom with lovely restaurants lots of lovely side streets with little eating places we had a super time honestly give it a go The hotel and staff are fab"

"Great breakfast options. Inconvenient access to the beach, long and steep stairs, hard for kids. But beach itself clean and great. Many options for dinning and shopping 15 minutes from a hotel"

"Good location (close to the beach) and family friendly (pool, mini-golf, activities for adults and kids). Nice view from balcony. Only downside is that we had a room just next to the elevator and we could hear noise from people on the same floor and from floor above us."

"Everything is great but it's a little uncomfortable the amount of light that comes in through the windows because there is no blind, really everything is perfect in this place but you can't sleep late with all this light, even so it would be a place I would give another chance"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
