Lo que no nos gustó fue tener que reservar el desayuno del dia siguiente. Solo se podia a las 10 y te quita un hora y pico de parque… por lo demas todo muy bien

Pool was lovely No entertainment at night ( apart from a dancing woodpecker,) which is very poor as 20 minutes away from Salou centre. No need to stay there for more than 4 nights

Todo perfecto destacando la atención de todas las personas con las que hemos tenido conversación sea cual sea el tema. Lo único que encuentro en todos los hoteles de port aventura a los que he ido es que la bañera es muy curvada y hay que ir con cuidado de no resbalarse

Tried to get refund hotel El Paso’s staff took pictures of a baby in our group and sent it via what’s app, all left because we didn’t feel safe we were promised a refund and still nothing, joke I’d never use them again and as for the portaventura hotel staff taking photos of kids, shame on them

El hotel es bonito, pero solo tiene dos ascensores que funcionen y las colas para subir y bajar al quinto piso son eternas, había pelos en cojines y en la bañera, y la piscina no estaba operativa cuando me alojé a finales de septiembre.

Je vais à Port aventura depuis maintenant sept ans consécutifs et cette année ça a été une catastrophe. Si vous avez le malheur de ne pas parler espagnol vous ne pouvez pas vous faire comprendre

Lovely hotel. Great location to the parks. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely food. Nice rooms. Could have been a bit more entertaining in the evenings but I guess the park itself compensates for that

The property is well situated for the theme park and it is also easy to walk to the beach. Parking was no trouble too. It feels like there are too many visitors staying in the hotel for the number of staff and the facilities offered and both at the theme park and in the hotel, the few staff are completely overwhelmed and not trained in crowd management. It was a holiday of queuing and queuing and queuing surrounded by hot tired people in shabby surroundings. Certainly not 4 stars in my opinion and never to be repeated

Excellent family holiday
We had a excellent family holiday, room, pool and food excellent, snack bar food by the pool was so good! Only thing missing is entertainment on a night time, but overall we loved our stay.

Everything was perfect except the fact that on the check in and check out days there were only 1-2 people manning the reception. This has resulted in 30-40mins wait on check in and check out days. Also, people were just cutting the queue for simple questions or problems about their room but staff didn’t seem to be too bothered which made the wait even longer. Nonetheless, really good food, extremely friendly staff and really good proximity to the park. Can’t go wrong with that! Also you get free park entry on all days you are day - even on your check out day!!

Experiencia aceptable. La habitación podria estar mejor iluminada La caja fuerte estaba bloqueada, avísamos para que la desbloquearan y no vinieron. Tras la primera noche cuando desayunamos nos fuimos al parque y cuando volvimos a las diez pm no habían hecho la habitación. Llamamos y vinieron a hacerla . Muchas excursiones de viajes de finde curso con lo que ello conlleva

El hotel es muy grande y tuvimos que hacer casi una hpra de cola para el check-in. Faltaba personal. Además una trabajadora del hotel muy amablemente me invitó a hcer el check-in en las máquinas y me hizo salir de la cola pero luego no encontraba mi reserva y no pudimos hacer el check-in automatico, perdiendo mi puesto en la cola, lo cual ella no supo gestionar de ningún modo. Tuve que volver a hacer de nuevo la cola. Me pareció horroroso al tratarse de un error por su parte. Las habitaciones estan bien y limpias, pero la zona del hall y recepción estaba super sucia y por la maána habia restos de vasos, papeles por el suelo y suciedad de la noche anterior. El desayuno correcto, con variedad y los turnos bien gestionados. Hay que llegar a la hora pues el turno tiene una durada de 40 minutos y no dejan estar mas rato, lo que me parece correcto para poder dar paso al siguiente turno en su hora acordada. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitacion no funcionaba correctamente y, aunque arrancaba y hacia ruido, no enfriaba, por lo que pasamos calor. En general relacion calidad precio, correcto (por el precio que pagamos que era de oferta), pero el Hotel Gold River donde estuvimos hace unos meses, le da mil vueltas.

Masificado de gente, nos toco la habitación en el otro extremo del hotel, y nadie nos informó de su localización, si no fuese porque yo fui a preguntar donde estaba, aún estaríamos allí. La habitación justa, cama de matrimonio pequeña, llegamos y no habían puesto ni el papel del váter. Si llegas un poco tarde por la mañana, ya no tienes opción a un buen turno en el comedor. Los turnos justos, hay que comer rápido. Probablemente no repetiremos.

On essayera un autre hôtel la prochaine fois
Chouette séjour à PortAventura, en parlant uniquement de l'hôtel El Passo, tout s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble, manque de propreté dans les chambres et dans l'hôtel et les extérieurs, buffet du resto à éviter, trop long pour attendre, surtout le matin du coup, on a pris un café pas très bon au bar Maya, forfait buffet cher pour ce que c'est, airco à gogo, bonjour le rhume.

Pasamos frío porque saltaba la calefacción cada 5 minutos, la tuve que poner al máximo y aún así saltaba y éramos 4 personas en la habitación. El WC estaba por fuera todo lleno de polvo y cositas blancas, daba poca confianza que estuviera limpio, desde luego, por fuera no lo habían limpiado. El buffet estaba bien organizado por tramos horarios, pero soy alérgica a la lactosa y no vi ninguna indicación para alérgenos. Tomé zumo pero me hubiera gustado tomarme un café con leche.

Très bien, lit à revoir.
Habitué de séjourner dans les hotels du parc Port Aventura, l’hôtel est bien situé, très calme. Seul bémol, l’attente pour l’accès au petit déjeuner et diner. Autre point, la chambre est spacieuse, alors pourquoi mettre un si petit lit ? Du coup le confort n’est pas top.

Tres bien !
Excellent séjour ( le 2eme dans cet hotel), hotel tres correct, bien situé à proximité des parcs. Chambres tres bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Restauration correcte également. De l attente au restaurant mais bon c est les vacances !
