“This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for ‘sea view’ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. “This hotel was definitely not a 4-star hotel—in our opinion, it was closer to a 2-star experience. The location was quite convenient, but unfortunately, that was one of the only positives. The staff were some of the most unfriendly we have ever experienced. They hardly spoke to us, even when we asked questions, and we were made to feel very unwelcome. They helped us with setting up any transportation we needed. They were so friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal. Pool & bar were perfect. Would 100 percent return.”
