"Had a fabulous stay. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfy. Staff were very helpful and sorted out a couple of small issues we had,very quickly. Breakfast was of good quality but there was a charge for extras if you wanted them, whereas at other hotels we stayed in, they offered them at no extra charge. The hot tub was a great addition, however it was squeezed onto the balcony making it difficult to get in and out of. A smaller 2 person model would be better in the space and would allow better access and give room to store the lid while in use. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything, loads of great places to eat/drink for all budgets. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return some time in the future. Thank you."

"Excellent hotel, great breakfast. Park in their garage for 7 E per night or free on the main street 5 min. away. Not much to see or do in Costs Nova but you are on the ocean and only 12 min away from Central Averio. If you think you can sit on the beach don't count on it; the winds are extremely strong most of the time. Still , it's a great spot to stay and get away from the bustle of the city which has plenty of parking, most of it free. Beds in this hotel are descent."

"The room was very clean and smell really nice. It was the best smelling room in all the places that I stayed so far in Portugal under usd 100.00. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh but a little less options than expected. However, it is what most other hotels prepare unless high end. I wouldn't penalize them for that. It is adequate for most people to start the day. They are very close to all the spots of attraction. I really liked that. I slept, I ate and I left. They can get a 5 star for the price. I wish other hotels were as similar overall. "

"fizemeos 3 diarias, tomamos cafe apenas 2 dias, cafe estava frio nos dois dias.para mim isso é importante começar o dia com cafe quente e fresco. secador de cabelo precisa ser trocado urgente ,é muito fraco ,não sendo possivel secar cabelos. banheiro precisa de espelho com aumento de lente para maquiagem . funcionairos são super simpaticos e disponiveis nota 10 para eles."
