"We stayed in early March when next to nobody was holidaying. Essentially, we had the estate to ourselves! The breakfast was worthwhile. The room and facility was immaculate and beautifully presented. Even in peak season, the expansive estate offers tranquility and long views over patures to the Atlantic which is an easy 1km stroll to dramtic cliffs and the Fishermas trail. "Sadly, could only stay 1 night this time but the stay was absolutely LOVELY! better than anticipated. the location is so beautiful. tons of greenery, flowers, animals - heaven! on the road leading up to the hotel, you can see the water as well. peaceful, calm, perfect. the staff/service was also wonderful. the breakfast was beyond - fresh, delicious. I will most certainly be back. "

"The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. We will return again and I recommend it to everyone looking for an ideal place to relax!"

"Monica and her staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and generous. For us, after 3.5 weeks of busy travel this was a perfect location to chill. We hung out during the day at the beaches, returned to shower and go back to town for dinner. It’s only 12 min to town/beach. Great place to stay, highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property! There was plenty of parking available to us. No contact check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Because we were planning on having wine with dinner, we took an Uber for a very short ride into town for a delicious traditional Portuguese meal. The hotel provided us with great breakfast buffet with a variety of hot & cold items. "
