“While the hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff very friendly, we were very disappointed. We booked the hotel as we wanted to play golf and given it was a golf hotel, we thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately on arrival we were informed that the golf course would be closed for our entire five night stay. I think we should have been informed in advance and we could have booked an alternative hotel near the area with other golf courses.”
“We traveled with a baby and they provided a bath tub, baby bed, changing pad. We didn't expect this but was great!
The staff was very useful and the facilities are a little older but in great shape!
It's a 5 minute walk from the beach. Would come back!”
“Very nice low-key hotel in a good strategic place between our travels. Pool was beautiful and whatever the temperature is was perfect. Had a four course traditional French meal at the restaurant which was awesome.
Would definitely stay there again”
“Great location within walking distance of everything in Biarritz and it was also very helpful to be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel. Hotel was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we loved our welcome gift!!”
