"The location and ambience of this lovely hotel are cause enough to stay but what makes this place stand out is its fantastic staff team. So welcoming, helpful and polite. We stayed for three nights and ate at the hotel in the evening where we were treated to beautiful fresh and perfectly cooked fish. Breakfasts are equally delicious and plentiful. Thanks to the hotel for its exceptional hospitality and high standards of catering and cleanliness. You provided a great start to our Normandy holiday."

"Brilliant location close to the centre, shops, restaurants and bars. Room was clean and well appointed, although no sharp knife! On road parking was safe but not altogether convenient so if you have limited mobility, could be a problem. We visited in high temperatures; be aware that there is no air conditioning."

"What a gem! This was our last night stay before catching the Cherbourg ferry back to the UK. The rooms were lovely, lots of little touches. The family who run it were so kind, they also own the restaurant out back which had incredible food and amazing wines, very well priced. If you’re looking at staying in this town, you will not be disappointed!!"

"The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I don’t speak a lot of French but she was really understanding. The shower in the room was great and the room was very quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. I didn’t have breakfast but the dining area looked clean too. I was glad of the gated parking as I had my electric bike on the back of my car and felt it would be secure at night. Would definitely stay again when I next visit France."
