“This is a modest hotel just out of the centre of Nuits-St-Georges which is perfect for a stopover when crossing France. The staff are extremely helpful - the receptionist spoke very good English and suggested an excellent restaurant for us - the room was clean and well set up, and the breakfast was good. An excellent and well-priced base for a quick look around this lovely area, and highly recommended for value.”

“Bellevigne is a nice property in the middle of the Burgundy vineyards. It is an old merchant's house turned into a hotel. It is charming and well renovated. The room we stayed in was larger and nice. Downside was lack of air conditioning. We were lucky the temperatures were cooling down a bit but still it is a problem when hot. Breakfast is good but they were overwhelmed by the number of guests at the same time. Service is OK and staff at reception is friendly, but other staff is variable.”
