Best hotel i've stayed in in region

The rooms were immaculate and the complimentary breakfast was full of fresh fruit and pastries and wonderful coffee. The staff were always helpful and kind. The lobby had beautiful piano music most nights that made it a comfortable and fun place to work or wait for friends.

Comfortable Hotel Close to the Airport

The hotel proved to be a comfortable place to stay. The rooms were of a good size, well provided, clean and air-conditioned. It appears the hotel is engaged in constructing an adjacent extension but the impact of the building work had minimal impact on my stay, although i did have to request a room change when I opened the curtain to find the construction was literally an arms length away. The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and helpful; spoken English was halting but sufficient and never an impediment (in contrast my French was non-existent). The Best Western proved to be a good base from which to leave and return and undoubtedly contributed to my sense of well-being. One suggestion would be for them to provide more tourist information as to local sites and, especially given they are so limited, travel amenities and options. As noted above I recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Cotonou.

Bad customer service

Our air conditioning stopped working around 11pm at night, at which point I spoke with rude staff at the reception. They then moved us to a new room, which had not been prepared. The breakfast was just ok. When we went to check out, though, the reception staff asked me to pay, even though I had already paid online.

Gutes und sauberes Hotel in Flughafennähe mit guten Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist finde großer Supermarkt und eine kleine Ladenzeile. Besonders toll ist , das der Strand ganz in der Nähe ist.
