I booked 6 rooms as a group booking. All rooms were very well appointed and luxurious. The staff in particular were first class, with a special call out for Vanessa who was friendly, hospitable and just a delight.

Wonderful hotel.

This hotel was a jewel. It was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Our room was spacious with incredible views. The spa and pool was peaceful and very chill. Breakfast was amazing and they have a highly rated restaurant attached that was truly fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and only a short drive to the most amazing scenery at Sera da Estrella park! Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The stay was very relaxing. Nice property and good mountain view from the Family Villa. The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. The front office staff do their best and Mr. Nuno deserves a special mention.Overall, a very good experience.God bless you, all.

Too over pricy for what you receive

It is a hotel in the old town of Covilha. The room was clean and good size. It is too overprice for what you get. The SPA consists of a small pool, a sauna and a steam sauna and a tiny Gym with two machines. Big families with kids can be in the SPA, there is no rules for using your cellphone either. So, it is an environment more towards a family than a SPA relaxing environment for couples. The bar tender was good. The town at night have a some restaurants, the hotel does not have a restaurant, it does not have service to your room. Only breakfast buffet where you have to make your own coffee and serve yourself. Which is fine if you pay for a three stars hotel but definitely it is too expensive for the type of service you receive and for the overall amenities.

Esse é um hotel que merece o título de hotel Boutique. Bem decorado, charmoso, limpo, ambientes aromatizados, além disso tem 2 piscinas boas. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista José e todo time do hotel é amigável ! Apenas o café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções.

Raramente me excedem as expectativas, mas este foi um caso que desde o checkin, a todas as indicações e sugestões, pequeno-almoço, piscina/spa, upgrade do quarto, cuidado com o meu cão que foi super bem vindo até ao checkout; correu tudo super bem, tanto que convidei os meus pais a passarem também lá uma noite e foram de Lisboa de propósito, antecipando o fim de semana um dia.

A villa tem bastante espaço e acomodou perfeitamente minha família ( meu marido, eu e nosso filho adolescente). Como é uma unidade nova, tem facilidades como diversas tomadas espalhadas pelo quarto. Ótimo para alérgicos, pois não tem tapetes ou carpetes. O café da manhã é muito gostoso.
