Bar & restaurant felt understaffed at dinner time as service in both was slow (more a management issue as the staff present were clearly working hard). Kids menu available in restaurant only. Las personas que trabajan son todas muy agradables. La piscina exterior un oasis en el medio de la ciudad. El spa de lujo, piscina, sauna , masajes. Todo el lugar de maravilla. Daba pena irse."

"Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time. This time it was Donna Marie. Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing. The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower. The outdoor area is really cool Lots of recliners and squishy chairs & sofas with parasols ☺️ Very good breakfast buffet, the fried eggs are cooked to perfection 😋 Lots of breads, meats, eggs, veg, puddings & desserts, three coffee machines, and a yoghurt machine ! Plus free parking and its close to the centre of Covilhã 殺"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow was lumpy. I slept well with the quiet air conditioning keeping the room cool. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice touch."
