“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious. On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop! Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.”

“This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

“Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. ”

“The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area.”

“Great stay. Free parking. At quiet end of Broad St. As most properties are residential you do not get the noisy revellers trudging up and down the corridors at all hours. Apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. ”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”

“Great place to stay. Modern, clean, comfortable and with easy access to the city centre. Our parking space was very tight being in between pillars, luckily we had a small car. A security deposit was taken beforehand which I had to chase up to be refunded a week after our stay.”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Exceptionally comfortable bed, no noise at all heard in the room, even though the lobby area/bar was busy. Will definitely stay here again. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fridge and safe in the room, very quiet bathroom fan, and comfy chairs. Only downside I could possibly find was there was only one plug socket near the bed for phone charging, but that’s not exactly a big deal. “Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip to ICC, it's a great place. It is a 5-minute walking distance from the ICC, and it is a modern, well-built building. In particular, the breakfast buffet is above average and offers a variety of food.”
