"There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Located at the City Center with the things we had planned to do so walking everywhere worked. The property was clean."

"Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property."

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. "

"Property was v nice and clean. A couple of things to note...Difficulty in getting keys to flat was v stressful and at one point i didnt think i was going to get the keys. This could have been better organised. The shower in the bathroom is far to hot and would be dangerous for children to use as this could cause scalding on a child. "Beautiful hotel right next to Titanic museum. Hop on hop off bus stop next to hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. 2 choices to dine in the evening at the hotel and the food was excellent with generous portions. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. "
