โOverall was average, but we kind of knew what to expect. Nothing too bad.
The positive was the size of the family room. It was really spacious. Downsides were the bunk beds were next to the lift shaft which was a little noisy and the room had no air con and it was a bit warm.โ
โThe Hoxton was a nice, comfortable, convenient hotel close to the city centre for all touristy things. Our room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here. โ
โGreat stay!! I arrived early but was able to drop off my luggage. Lukas met me at reception and was very kind and clear with instructions. Beautiful room, no issues whatsoever. The room faced a relatively busy street but I didn't find it noisy at all. Although there is no on-site breakfast, they are kind enough to provide a kitchen area with some basics like bread, cereal and fruit for anyone who wants along with some discount coupons for nearby cafes. โAbsolutely loved our stay here at Eleven Stafford! The area was nice and quiet, but near lots of cute cafes and shopping. The room had everything we needed and was spacious and well decorated. Note that there is no refrigerator and the ice machine was not extremely reliable, so there was no way to keep anything cold if that's what you are looking for. We would definitely stay again! โ
"The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, itโs a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.
