Brilliant host and staff, food quality and portions amazing. Clean and comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere. Could do with an update. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

Purdy Lodge
Room was clean enough, some things could use with a deep clean. Dinner and breakfast was good too, with some meals (lamb shanks) much better than others (gammon steak).

Doxford Hall Hotel & Spa
Beautiful grand Georgian house but a little tired. Spa was branded as luxurious but it was pretty basic and a few things could be easily improved. Eg. Only 1x shower and no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. The Steam room was barely working and the chairs/furniture around the pool were not tidied ...

Barnacre
Lovely place. My 70th birthday with my family including children & babies. It was perfect for everyone. Nice area, muddy walk into the woods. 5 minutes into Morpeth which was looking lovely with Christmas lights
