“New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!!”

“Das gesamte Hotel war sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen und ein wirklich top modernes sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt ein Salzwasser Schwimmbecken und diverse Saunen. Ansonsten ist das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Es war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber...

“Ottima struttura, pulizia impeccabile delle zone comuni e servizi ottimi. Colazione e cena con una scelta veramente ampia e per tutti gusti. Le uniche due pecche sono: - i lettini in spiaggia molto scomodi senza materassino che comunque si può richiedere alla reception. - la presenza di molte zanzare sia in camera sia nelle zone comuni”

“Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.”

“잘 알려지지 않은, 하지만 로컬 관광객들이 붐비는 크로아티아 라빈. 호텔위치는 관광객들이 붐비는 곳에 위치함. 최근에 레노베이션한듯 깔끔함. 총 7개의 객실의 작은 규모이나, 조식 가능하며 호텔 겸 Bar 직원들이 매우 친절함. 무료주차 불가능 (인근 걸어저 1분거리에 유료 공용 주차장 사용 해야함, 일대 주차비는 비싸지 않음, 25쿠나). 맨 윗층 3개의 객실은 않좋은(하수구에서 나는) 냄새가 아주 심함. 3박 하면서 냄새때문에 고생함.”

“Hotels.com을 통해 호텔 유지니아에 예약을 하고 예약확인 메일을 여러차례 받고 예약당일 호텔 유지니아에 도착하여 체크인을 하려하였습니다. 그러나 놀랍게도 이리 방이 모두 예약이 된 관계로 다른 호텔로 가라는 것이었습니다. 호텔 유지니아나 Hotels.com 어느 누구에게도 아무런 연락을 받은 적이 없었는데 너무나 당황스럽고 황당하였습니다. 그래도 호텔유지니아에서 인근의 다른 호텔을 소개해주어 가까스로 로브란에서 하루밤을 보낼수 있었습니다.”
